This work was recommended and selected for the “Salon International de Paris 2023”.

One of a series of pink paintings I have been working on since 2008.
During art class at a prefectural high school, I taught a class in which students introduced themselves by drawing a mixture of their favorite colors. This work began with the colors that were born on my drawing paper when I painted with the students. I painted this work while enjoying what emerged from the layering of colors, along with a time of meditation of gratitude.
I paint with a sense of the great, great love of the universe.
